Aluminum Trusses

In architecture and structural engineering, a truss is a structure comprising one or more triangular units constructed with straight slender members whose ends are connected at joints referred to as nodes. CONSERVATEK has designed and installed hundreds of space frame systems such as aluminum trusses around the world. We currently offer five types of aluminum trusses, each offering unique characteristics to meet your roofing needs:

Alumadome^TM
This single layer aluminum system is offered as either an integral structural glazing system or support framing for a roof and insulation system. This system can span more than 500 feet, and is typically used for double curvature overhead applications.

Omnihub^TM
This lightweight, all-aluminum structural system offers can be customized to match your architectural plans or existing designs. The geometric forms, structural footprint and structure profile are infinite.

Stadiaform^TM
Our patent pending Stadiaform^TM double layer space frame system offers architects and designers unparalleled design strength and a broad selection of low profile building envelopes. Flexible because it is made from aluminum yet has the strength of double layer configurations, Stadiaform spans more than 600 feet.

Geohub^TM
This fully integrated aluminum structural system allows direct attachment of any independent glazing system directly to the top of the space frame struts. Suited for monosloped glazing applications, Geohub^TM is flexible in module size, shape and depth.

Spectraform^TM
Our versatile Spectraform^TM glazing systems span up to 300 feet. Design flexibility is among the Spectraform^TM system’s most outstanding characteristics, enabling each configuration to be as unique as its designer.
